Amy Jo is a Media Artist that focuses on design, illustration, photo-manipulation and moving image. Her main objectives are to discover creative solutions and to produce content with pixel-perfect layouts and compositions. She enjoys combining a variety of disciplines to create surreal imagery and making the ordinary seem like something more. Her biggest interest lies in post-production; however, her diverse portfolio shows she can play the part of many creative roles.


As well as influencing the fastest growing sector of our economy, creative subjects allow students to discover self-expression and control, together with a development of confidence and independence; skills that academic subjects give students less opportunity to explore. Due to funding constraints and traditional views, secondary schools across the country are being forced to decrease the time given to creative arts subjects. ‘Let Us Create’ is a short film that expresses the importance of teaching creative arts subjects to secondary school students and how it benefits those who aspire to pursue a creative career.
